Established in 1982, the Andrew Reeves group has four agency offices offering residential sales, letting, property management and investment services (including Overseas Off-Plan).

Our offices all benefit from High Street locations in the popular commuter suburbs of Bromley, Beckenham and Orpington on the borders of North West Kent and South East London. Our prominent agency office at 77/79 Ebury Street (corner of Eccleston Street), London SW1W 0NZ also operates throughout the Central London area.

Property Investment

Another company within the group - Invest-in-property plc - offers a comprehensive property investment service including mortgages, search and acquisition, furnishing and preparation. More recently two property investment companies have been launched enabling shareholders to invest in the UK residential market and Overseas Off-Plan markets, without becoming a landlord.

We are proud to be founder members of Primelocation.com, which is now generally regarded as 'the ultimate property website'. This site carries more than 40% by value of all residential property for sale in the UK. Member firms list their properties exclusively on the site, ensuring that these properties will not be found on any other 'property portal'.

Our Founder

Andrew reeves has been involved in the world of property for most of his working life, and he has acquired a wealth of experience in the Greater London marketplace, throughout the last twenty years.

After trading successfully throughout the boom in residential sales during the late 1980s, he was also at the forefront of the resurgence in the UK lettings market, serving as a National Council member of ARLA - the industry's professional body - from 1994 to 1999. As Chairman of their Marketing Committee, he launched, developed and managed ARLA's highly successful Buy-to-Let scheme that brought £4 billion of investment into the UK Private Rented Sector, in it's first three years. Total Buy-to-Let lending now stands at over £19 billion.

Corporate Property Investment

The andrew reeves group has recently launched a series of Residential Investment Funds making it possible to invest in the sector without becoming a landlord. The most recent fund enables SIPP (Self Invested Personal Pension) holders to invest pension fund monies (on which 40% Income Tax Relief is available), in an AIM listed company investing in 'Buy-to-Let' properties in proven and popular areas of Greater London, with the aid of gearing. The company, Property Investment for Pensions Plc (PIPP), will have a limited life of 5 to 7 years and will enable investors to realise their gains at near-to net asset value with Capital Gains Tax exemption available to the SIPP.
