We have a vacancy covering our Orpington/Beckenham offices for a fully CeMap or MAQ qualified mortgage consultant.
Your responsabilities would be:
To provide clients with a mortgage specific to their needs and select the most appropriate assurance and insurance protection available.
To ensure all advice is given on the basis of a full and detailed Factfind which complies with all the requirements of the financial services authority.
To ensure that all advice given is fully documented to company standards.
To meet all service standards laid down by the company.
To achieve sales targets as agreed with the manager.
To be familiar with and make use of all systems provided in the estate agency office to maximise all business opportunities, such as using effective administration and follow up systems.
To take all necessary steps to ensure a professional business relationship is maintained with estate agency staff. Taking a positive lead to train Estate agency staff in order to maintain Financial Services sales opportunities.
To project a professional image to the public and work colleagues.
To actively seek referrals from clients.
Maintain as individuals the necessary knowledge and skills to fulfil both the company requirements and those of the relevant industry authorities.
Maintain records of all training and development activities to company standards.
