What do we charge?

Our Full Management All Inclusive service costs 15% plus 2 weeks rent plus VAT of the rental figure, and is collected from each receipt of rent.

Our Letting Only with Rent Collection Service costs 13.5% plus VAT of the rental figure and is deducted from each months rent.

Our Let Only Service costs 10% plus VAT of the rent payable under each tenancy arranged and is payable at commencement of the tenancy.

Landlord Agreement Fee - £60 plus VAT

Tenant Agreement Fee - £75 plus VAT

Renewal Agreement Fee - £45 plus VAT (exc. Let Only Renewal Agreement Fees which remain at £30 plus VAT)

A 10% supervision charge for any work carried out costing more than £1000, to be agreed in advance.
